Information about registration to GALA 2025

  

Registration fees

• Early bird registration (until Monday 7 July, 23h59 CET)

  - Students: 100€

  - Faculty (and professionals): 200€

  - SFR SANEC Students (internal to Tours): 90€

  - SFR SANEC Faculty (internal to Tours): 180€

• Late registration (between Tuesday 8 July and Sunday 31 August, 23h59 CET)

  - Students and post-docs: 125€

  - Faculty (and professionals): 250€

  - SFR SANEC Students (internal to Tours): 125€

  - SFR SANEC Faculty (internal to Tours): 250€

 

Note that lunch on September 11th and 12th is included in the registration fees. 

Registration to the conference will NOT be possible after SUNDAY 31 AUGUST, 23h59 CET.

 

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will take place at the prestigious Amboise Castle on Friday 12 September. Amboise is a beautiful city on the Loire river, about 30 km from Tours. The castle was a royal residence in the 15th century and is the burial place of Leonardo Da Vinci who lived in Amboise for a few years (1516-1519). Transportation to the castle will be organized by bus on the day of the dinner (September 12th):  departure from Tours at 18h30 (at MAME – the conference venue) and return to Tours by 23h.

The cost for the dinner is 65€, to be paid upon registration, in addition to the conference fees. It will NOT be possible to register to, and pay for the dinner after SUNDAY 31 AUGUST, 23h59 CET (including during the conference).

Vegan and nonvegan menus will be available. For nonvegans, the main dish will be veal.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer. If you have difficulties with your payment, please contact us at gala2025@univ-tours.fr.

Registration will be validated once the transaction has been when full payment has been received by the accounting agency of the University of Tours.

All requests for invoices must be made via the scienconf website or, in exceptional cases, by e-mail (gala2025@univ-tours.fr), before the registration deadline (Sunday 31 August). Individual invoicing requests made after the registration deadline will result in payment certificates.

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to the conference organizer (gala2025@univ-tours.fr). The applicant's bank details must be sent together with the request.

• Cancellation D-15: Cancellation requests received at least 15 days before the conference date will be reimbursed in full.

• Cancellation D-7 : For cancellation requests received between D-15 and D-7 before the conference date, 50% of the registration fees will be reimbursed.

• Cancellation after D-7: No refund will be made.

No refund will be issued in the event of a participant's absence at the conference.
