Instructions for presenters

• Oral presentations

Oral presentations are 20 minutes long followed by a 10-minute discussion. The two rooms where the presentations take place are equipped with computers. Please make sure you've uploaded your presentation at least by the session preceding your talk. You can ask any of the organizers (those wearing a badge with a red cord) for help with the uploading operation.


• Poster presentations

Posters will be displayed in portrait format ONLY. Dimensions should be 84.1 cm wide × 118.9 cm high (A0 format). Posters will be attached using adhesive pads, which will be provided on site. Poster sessions will take place in the afternoon (on Thursday 11 September and Friday 12 September). Each poster has been assigned a number (see the Program at a glance). Please make sure your poster is installed under the corresponding number by the end of the preceding lunch break. Thank you !
